The Vietnamese Ministry of Construction has asked permission from the central government to implement pilot sales of State-owned social housing in Da Nang.

A total of 846 apartments are available for sale.  Of these, 286 are in the 12-storey apartment blocks T1 and T2 in Son Tra District’s Nai Hien Dong Ward, 230 are at the Blue House social housing project, and the remainder are in the Phong Bac residential area.

Eligible buyers will be people who were specified in Government Decree No 34/2013/ND-CP regarding the management and use of State-owned residential houses.  Top priority will be given to selling apartments to low-income earners, government employees, and those who have given great service to the national revolution.  They are all now facing housing difficulties.
