Following recent approval from the Da Nang Party Committee (PC), a contest for the post of Director of the municipal Construction Department will be held in the city on 29 June.

According to the contest’s rules, there must be at least 2 candidates registering for the contest or the postholder will be chosen by the local PC.

Entrants must currently be either officials or employees of local government agencies and departments.  Candidates will be required to give a defence presentation about the city’s future construction and development plans in front of the judging board, followed by a question and answer session.  The winner will be announced no later than 3 days after the contest ends.
