Approval has been given by the Da Nang People's Committee for the city’s Binh Vinh Corporation to set up 2 stalls offering free hot and cold drinking water in the city to local residents and visitors until 2018.

One stall will be in front of the Con Market, near the intersection of Hung Vuong and Ong Ich Khiem, whilst the other one will be on the eastern pavement of Vo Nguyen Giap at the Bien Dong (East Sea) Park.

Municipal People’s Committee Vice Chairman Dang Viet Dung has asked the Corporation to ensure that the stalls are simple and small.  Importance will also be attached to ensuring the water safety and hygiene.  In addition, employees working on the stalls will be carefully trained to increase their communication skills to visitors to the city.

The 2 stalls will be put into operation on 10 December.
