Kind-hearted administrator with special love for Da Nang
Thirty-five-year-old Miss Hoai Uyen, an administrator at the FPT Software Da Nang company (Fsoft Da Nang), has been living and working in Da Nang for around 3 years.
Over this period, Uyen has been responsible for managing the company’s largest projects ordered by foreign customers, and she has made many significant achievements.
She used to work for Taiwanese and Japanese companies and the FPT Software Ho Chi Minh company (Fsoft Ho Chi Minh) before moving to Fsoft Da Nang. She fell in love with Da Nang after only a few months in the city, and now she considers the beautiful seaside city her home despite not being born here.

Uyen says that she loves Da Nang because of its peaceful living environment, along with the fair, competitive environment amongst local IT businesses. She says that although the software industry has been in the city for only 10 years, Da Nang has become Viet Nam’s leading exporter of software with which many large foreign groups are wanting to establish cooperation. She believes that the software industry will make a remarkable contribution to the city’s budget from its exports, and create numerous job opportunities for local young people.
Over the past 3 years, Uyen has become actively involved in various charitable activities in remote areas to help the poor and disadvantaged children. The kind-hearted lady is now the chairwoman of Fsoft Da Nang’s Charity Club which has dozens of members. Uyen says that the Tet Festival is not only a special occasion for family members to gather together, but it is also a wonderful time to do charitable activities to help needy people enjoy a warm and happy holiday.
Uyen is still single because she worries that she would not have enough time for a married life when most of her time is now spent on her charitable activities or working. She believes that this beautiful city and its friendly residents will bring even more happiness into her life, and more success in her job and future plans.
