According to the latest statistics released by the Traffic Police Division of the Da Nang Police Department, only one traffic accident was reported in the city during the 6-day Lunar New Year holiday break from 6-11 February, and this resulted in 1 injury.

This year’s positive result has been attributed to the various effective measures taken by the local Traffic Police Division to ensure traffic safety over the Tet Festival.

Over 6-day holiday break, a total of 192 road traffic violations were recorded in the city, 131 of which involved administrative fines totalling 19.490 million VND.
