During his meeting on Wednesday with 14 drink shop owners on Bach Dang in Da Nang, Hai Chau District People’s Committee Chairman Le Anh asked them to stop harassment of tourists.  The district leader strictly warned them that their business licences will be revoked if they violate intentionally.

Previously, these shop owners had been imposed the administrative fines for such violation for many times. 

Chairman Anh also urged these traders to provide uniforms for their employees, and to require their staff to show a polite attitude and friendly behaviour towards their customers, as well as ensure environmental sanitation.  He added that three surveillance cameras would be installed along the street to help local relevant agencies to monitor and manage the operations of these shops.
