On Wednesday, a representative from the Management Board of Da Nang’s Marble Mountains Tourist Area returned lost property to its owner, Mr Do Thanh Trung, a local tour guide.

Earlier that day, the staff of the Management Board had found the dark blue backpack which had been left on a chair opposite the elevator in the tourist area. 

After over 30 minutes of waiting for the backpack’s owner to come back, they had opened the backpack for checking personal papers to contact the owner. They had found a bank savings book, valued at around 1.1 billion VND, over 200 million VND in cash, and an ATM card with the name of Do Thanh Trung.

Soon after, they had reported the case to leaders of Management Board for contacting and returning all the property to the owner.

In the first half of this year alone, the Management Board returned lost property to 25 tourists in total.
