Showers likely in the city due to incoming cold front
A cold front moving across Central Viet Nam is expected to bring spotty showers followed by a cool down to Da Nang and elsewhere in the mid-central region this afternoon, according to the Mid-Central Region Centre for Hydro-meteorological Forecasting.
The showers will likely linger into the next few days, especially to central coastal localities from Quang Binh to Quang Ngai provinces, including Da Nang. In addition, northeastern winds of level 2/3 may be even possible in these areas, especially in the late afternoon.
Da Nang will have sunny and cloudy weather in the daytime, and scattered showers in the nighttime with cooler temperatures ranging between 24 to 29 degrees.
In addition, north-easterly winds at level 3 are expected to appear in the mainland of the city, whilst slightly rough seas and sea waves from 0.5 to 1.5m high are likely to be seen off the coast of the city.
