The Da Nang Development and Investment Fund has recently granted 56.5 billion VND in preferential loan to the city’s Water Supply Company (DAWACO) in order to build the Hoa Trung Water Supply Plant with a daily capacity of 10,000m³ of water at the Da Nang Hi-tech Park in Hoa Vang District’s Hoa Lien Commune.

The project costs nearly 80 billion VND funded by the DAWACO budget and other financial sources. It is expected to be completed and put into operation in June.

The project’s construction unit is the joint venture between A Chau and Minh Thong companies.

Once it is fully operational, the Hoa Trung Water Supply Plant will ensure sufficient water supplies to all businesses operating at the Hi-tech Park, the dedicated Information Technology Park, and the expanded Hoa Khanh Industrial Park, plus residents living along the extended Nguyen Tat Thanh Street.
