Viet Nam's largest vaccination centre opens in the city
On Wednesday morning, the Viet Nam Vaccine Joint Stock Company (VNVC) opened its Da Nang VNVC Centre at the Dao Xanh (Green Island) villa area near the Han River and the Tran Thi Ly Bridge.
Covering an area of around 5,000m2, the centre is the largest of its kind amongst VNVC’s vaccination system nationwide.
It is capable of serving up to 4,000 people per day, with 90 rooms for medical checkups and injection. The centre provides all vaccines for children and adults, and it works seven days per week.
Each customer is provided with a code which is applied throughout VNVC’s vaccination system. All of their personal information will be kept strictly confidential, and saved for a long time, in order to facilitate them to easily search the history of vaccination, and to book vaccination schedules via the centre’s website or its contact telephones.
In addition, the centre has an automated mobile vaccination reminder system.
The centre is equipped with modern vaccine storage meeting the GSP international standard. In addition it boasts the Cold Chain which aims to maintain product quality from the time of manufacture until the point of administration by ensuring that vaccines are stored and transported within WHO-recommended temperature ranges of between 2 and 8°C.
The centre provides a full range of vaccines, including often-scarce vaccines such as 5in1 Pentaxim, 6in1 InfanrixHexa, Hexaxim, and Synflorix.
