The city's relevant agencies join forces to stop the spread of Covid-19

Over recent weeks, the Da Nang authorities have taken actions to stop the spread of the novel coronavirus (Covid-19) into the city.

In particular, the Cam Le District Fatherland Front Committee has provided 5,000 leaflets about the new virus, and given 10,000 free face masks to local residents.

Also, 57 banners with messages about infection prevention are being displayed along major streets in the district.

Courses about infection prevention and control recommendations for the virus have been provided for residents in Hoa Vang District, and Thanh Khe District’s Thac Gian Ward.

The Hoa Vang District authorities have worked with the municipal Female Entrepreneurs' Association to offer 5,000 antibacterial soaps to local residents.

The Tan Chinh Ward Fatherland Front Committee of Thanh Khe District has offered leaflets on infection prevention, plus 200 bottles of hand wash liquid, to small traders at the Tan Chinh Market.

Besides, 2,000 free face masks and 2,000 leaflets have been provided for residents in Lien Chieu District’s Hoa Hiep Nam Ward.

The Hoa Khanh Nam Ward Fatherland Front Committee of Lien Chieu District has given 350 free face masks to small traders and market-goers at the Hoa Khanh Nam Market.
