All cash and in-kind donations were come from the fund of the Union-launched fundraising programme entitled ‘Da Nang’s Women - Sharing Love and Warmth’.
The Da Nang Women's Union made its support appeals on 29 July in a bid to raise funds from generous philanthropists across Viet Nam for local women affected by Covid-19 outbreak.
As of 18 August, the Union has received over 965 million VND in cash and in-kind donations from 75 generous individuals and organisations across Viet Nam.
