Hosted by the Da Nang Department of Industry and Trade, a workshop to promote supply-demand links between businesses in Da Nang and other localities nationwide took place in the city on Thursday.

The event was attended by representatives of around 100 businesses from such localities as Tien Giang, Quang Ngai, Quang Nam, bac Giang, Lam Dong and Quang Tri.

The annual event aimed to seek effective ways to promote supply-demand connection activities between businesses in Da Nang and other localities. Additionally, it offered a good opportunity for the participating businesses to develop their production chains, increase the number of their distribution channels, and promote their trading activities.

Also at the event, the Da Nang Department of Industry and Trade introduced to the attendees four 'made-in-Da Nang' products which  have been recognised as Da Nang's 'Best Commercial Products in 2019' by the Da Nang government.  They were ‘Ba Lieu Me’ ‘banh kho me’ (dried sesame seed cakes), MaYaCa coffee, and Hong Huong and Binh Minh fish sauce.
