New traffic rearrangement and parking rules in Da Nang to take effect from early 2021

Following recent approval by Da Nang government, new traffic rearrangement and parking regulations will be effect in Da Nang from early 2021.

Specifically, sections of Yen Khe 1 and Yen Khe 2 between their intersectionss with Dung Si Thanh Khe and Tran Thanh Trung streets will be switched to one-way operation from 1 January 2021.

In addition, car parking will be prohibited at all times on Le Do, Hoang Hoa Tham, Me Nhu, and a section of Cu Chinh Lan between its intersectionss with Huynh Ngoc Hue and Pham Nhu Tang streets.

Also, 4-wheeled vehicles will be banned from parking within 50m of the intersectionss of Cu Chinh Lan, Be Van Dan and Ha Huy Tap around the clock.

Truck parking will be forbidden on Cach Mang Thang Tam, Xo Viet Nghe Tinh, Le Dai Hanh and Trinh Dinh Thao at all times.

Car parking will be not allowed on some certain streets from 6.30am to 8.00am, and from 4.00pm to 6.00pm. The streets will be: Hoang Thi Loan, Ton Duc Thang, Nguyen Luong Bang, Truong Chinh, a section of Nguyen Van Cu between its intersections with Ta Quang Buu Street and Nam O Bridge, Le Duan, a section of Hung Vuong between its intersections with Pham Ngu Lao and Phan Chau Trinh streets, a section of Nguyen Huu Tho between its intersections with Duy Tan and 30 April streets, 3 February, Thai Thi Boi, Vo Van Kiet and Ho Xuan Huong.

All parking will be prohibited along a section of Nguyen Van Linh between its intersections with Hoang Dieu and Nguyen Tri Phuong streets from 6.30am to 8.00am, 11am to 1pm, and 4pm to 7pm, every day.

Accordingly, Da Nang Department of Transport will be responsible for placing one-way traffic, and no parking signs, along these sections.

Meanwhile, police officers will take the responsibility for guiding the new traffic arrangement to road users from 1 - 31 January 2021. Administrative fines will be imposed on violators starting from 1 February 2021.
