46 more patients in Da Nang discharged to home following COVID-19 recovery
46 more people were released from the field hospital in the west of the city, the Da Nang Lung Hospital and the Hoa Vang District Medical Centre on Tuesday, September 28, after being treated for COVID-19.
With this, the number of patients that have been discharged from Da Nang hospitals after recovering from coronavirus has hit 2,762 since August 25.
Two patients died of COVID-19 complications on September 28, bringing the total death toll in Da Nang to 72 since the beginning of 2021.
Currently, 379 infected patients are being treated at the field hospital, 15 patients are under treatment at the Hoa Vang District Medical Centre, and 25 others are receiving treatment at the Lung Hospital.
Overall, 419 people, including 10 requiring critical care, are being treated for the coronavirus in Da Nang’s hospitals, of whom, 62 tested negative for the virus once while tests on 45 others came back negative twice.
At present, there are 849 people who are being placed under quarantine in 19 designated facilities across the city.
A total of 10 locations across Da Nang have been classified as red zones. 424 families with 1,421people are being placed under full lockdown.
