Tightening controls at entry/exit points in An Hai Bac and Nai Hien Dong wards
The Authority of the Tho Quang Fishing Wharf said on Sunday morning, November 14, that the new restrictions came into effect at 6:00am today until further notice, and the new rules will be applied to residents in An Hai Bac and Nai Hien Dong wards. Among them are traders, market stallholders, crewmen and owners of fishing boats, people who work on boats entering the Tho Quang Fishing Wharf, and those entering the Tho Quang Seafood Wholesale Market.

Certificates confirming full vaccination against COVID-19 or recovery from recent COVID-19 infection (typically during the last 6 months) are compulsory for people living in areas at alert level 3 when entering the Tho Quang Fishing Wharf and Seafood Wholesale Market. Those who do not meet the above requirements, must provide a negative COVID-19 test result for a test taken within 72 hours prior to this venue.
Also on Sunday morning, taskforces were deployed to COVID-19 checkpoints that have been set up in the two wards to conduct coronavirus paperwork checks on people entering or leaving the two areas.
The authorities in Nai Hien Dong Ward set up checkpoints at the intersections of Chu Huy Man - Pham Van Xao, Le Duc Tho - Ngo Thi Hieu, Van Don - Vung Thung 6, Tran Hung Dao - Pham Van Dong – the Han River Bridge along with roadblocks in some places.
In addition, checkpoints were set up at the intersection of Nguyen Trung Truc - Ngo Quyen Street and roadblocks across An Hai Bac Ward.

Son Tra District People's Committee Vice Chairman Huynh Van Hung remarked that certificates confirming full vaccination or recovery from COVID-19 within the previous six months are compulsory for entry into or leaving An Hai Bac and Nai Hien Dong wards.
Those have received two full doses but their vaccination record has not yet updated to reflect their immunisation, they must have proof of COVID-19 vaccination from local health agency for entry into or leaving the two areas.
