The Da Nang Department of Natural Resources and Environment has issued an official dispatch requesting banks, notary offices and relevant units citywide to enhance the implementation of online public services in the field of land, and encourage citizens to conduct land-related administrative procedures online.

Accordingly, local dwellers are encouraged to register for e-citizen accounts and conduct land-related administrative procedures in the form of online public services on the city's online public services portal at https://dichvucong.danang.gov.vn/.

People need to pay attention to saving their e-citizen account information and passwords for using in subsequent submissions or supplementing online dossiers.

Land users will submit their already-notarised dossiers on land use right transfer, and security transaction registration, online at banks, notary offices, internet service points, and home according to the instructions by the municipal Department of Natural Resources and Environment instead of submitting dossiers in the form of face-to-face at district-level divisions for receiving dossiers and returning the results of administrative procedures, and the city's land registration office.
