In the past, with excellent academic results in his high school years, Mr Phap decided to study in Singapore. During this time, not only did he accumulate a lot of knowledge about IT and business,  but he also participated in many social and community activities.

Also, Phap and one of his group of friends established the "Vietnamese Association in Singapore" with more than 10,000 members. After that, he and the members of the association organized numerous free English classes for Vietnamese people, in tandem with supporting the Vietnamese community to soon integrate into the foreign environment.

As shared by Mr Phap, he had received numerous job offers at Singapore's largest entertainment group - Shaw Organization with a high-paid salary as he possessed 2 excellent bachelor's degrees in Information Technology in Singapore and a Master's degree in Management Science in the UK.

However, after more than 2 years working in Singapore, he still decided to return to his homeland. He confided: “I grew up in Da Nang so I want to contribute something to my motherland. The young generations are the ones who will develop the country; therefore, I want to help students have more motivation to develop their capacity to contribute to the development of the homeland."

Despite many outstanding achievements during years of studying abroad, Mr Phap has still valued learning and believed that learning is a journey requiring constant effort. Besides many differences in the teaching profession when compared to other ones, Mr Phap also realizes that being a lecturer requires a diverse knowledge of various professions.

Initially, it took him a while to adapt to the working environment at the DUE- the UD, but his passion for teaching has been rekindled in those days so that he can pass on knowledge and experience to young people. He always tries to convey knowledge and skills in the most vivid way and closely follows the reality of the business to the students. His knowledge of IT combined with business skills and digital marketing has helped him become an important lecturer of the Faculty of E-commerce.

Besides teaching at the university, he is also the Founder of TOP Digital Center specializing in training courses and services on e-Marketing in the Central region and Central Highlands. At the same time, he has a Tiktok channel with about 20 thousand followers to share knowledge, inspiration and motivation with students. On top of that, he has regularly organized workshops to share his expertise in e-commerce and e-marketing for students and businesses in Da Nang.

According to Mr Phap, it is important to grasp the actual requirements of businesses and support students so that when they graduate from school, they will not be embarrassed and can work immediately.

In classes, not only does he teach theoretical knowledge, but he also adds vivid stories from his experiences so that his lectures are always lively and attractive.

He hopes that students can always uphold their enthusiasm, and creativity and devote their youth to bringing the image of the homeland in particular and the country, in general, reaching a higher position.
