Doctor Tran Thanh Thuy, the Deputy Director in charge of the municipal Department of Health, said that over the past time, a series of medical investment projects have been completed by the Da Nang Management Board for Urban Infrastructure Construction and Development Projects on schedule, with their quality ensured.

Notable among such above-mentioned projects are the Centre for Neurosurgery, Trauma and Plastic Burns at the Da Nang General Hospital, the renovation of the Da Nang Maternity and Paediatrics Hospital with more medical equipment and the Tropical Medicine Hospital on the second campus of the Da Nang General Hospital 2 in Hoa Quy Commune.
