On Friday morning, thousands of students from the University of Foreign Language Studies, a member school of the University of Da Nang (UD) joined a job fair in a bid to seek potential jobs after graduation.

The event aimed to create employment opportunities for students and offer career guidance those in need.

The event attracted the participation of 125 enterprises operating in Da Nang and other cities and localities nationwide with many recruitment forms such as completing application dossiers, face-to-face interviews and registering through job service centre.

At the job fair, production facilities, businesses and associations wanted to recruit 7,764 workers.

Also at the job fair, students had the opportunity to learn more about the job market from such activities as job counselling, exchanges of job application skills and programme to work abroad under contract, labor exports and access to start-up loans.

The highly practical event helped create a relationship between the school and the employer, thereby contributing to the implementation of the policy of linking training with social needs.
