In order to strengthen Da Nang’s tourism promotion and create a fresh atmosphere for the city-dwellers and tourists on the occasion of welcoming the New Year 2024, the Da Nang People's Committee has agreed on the policy of installing 3 check-in models near the western end of Dragon Bridge (on the sidewalk of Bach Dang Street) and near the eastern end of this bridge (on the sidewalk of Tran Hung Dao Street).

According to the Da Nang Department of Tourism, on the sidewalk of Bach Dang Street, opposite the headquarters of the Viet Nam Television Centre in the Central Viet Nam- Central Highlands regions (VTV8), a model ‘I Love Da Nang’ will be installed, featuring 30 large and small pinwheels arranged to create a unique pinwheel garden and alternating light with brilliant colour effects.

At an area opposite the Da Nang Museum of Champa Sculpture, a colorful model of the ‘2024’ will take the shape, and especially, it will be designed with a modern, youthful style, inspired by the colour background of the Danang Fantasticity logo, all of which are highly expected to create a space full of hope and optimism in the New Year 2024 with many good lucks.

At the northern campus of the Dragon Bridge, next to DHC marina, a 12m high light pine tree model with LED lights and blue decorations is installed to create a friendly, modern space.

Two Da Nang travel chatbot models that are 3m high will be surrounded by clusters of Christmas miniatures with the Da Nang tourism message ‘Enjoy DaNang’, to create check-in corners highly attractive to residents and tourists, especially young people and children.

According to the Da Nang Department of Tourism, all three check-in models will be constructed and installed from December 7 to 15 and put on display to serve local residents and tourists from December 16, 2023 to January 13, 2024 and then dismantled to install a flower decoration model for the Lunar New Year (Tet) 2024.
