Da Nang People’s Committee Vice Chairman Tran Chi Cuong, along with representatives of the city’s Labor Federation, visited and presented Tet gifts to workers at self-managed worker groups of boarding houses in Tho Quang Ward, Son Tra District, on Wednesday.

During the visits, Vice Chairman Tran Chi Cuong shared difficulties and gave spiritual encouragements to workers who will celebrate Tet away from home.

He hoped them to continue to exert their efforts to overcome difficulties, and accompany and contribute to the city's socio-economic development in the year ahead.

On the occasion, the municipal Labor Federation donated 20 cash and in-kind gifts, worth VND800,000 each, to single women, trade union members, and workers in difficult circumstances.
