The Da Nang Young Entrepreneurs’ Association organised the programme ‘Happy Tet with Us’ on Saturday and presented 1,000 gifts, totalling VND 500 million, to people in difficult circumstances across the city.

This is the 16^th year the programme has been held in the city.

Mr. Nguyen Hong Cuong, Vice Chairman of the Da Nang Young Entrepreneurs’ Association, said that in addition to poor and near-poor households, this year's Tet gifts were also given to poor workers and workers who have lost their jobs.

Through the programme, the city's young business community hoped to share some of the difficulties with disadvantaged people and wished them have more joy to welcome the Lunar New Year of the Dragon 2024.
