As for the 10.5m wide street project from Ho Nghinh to Tran Bach Dang in Son Tra District, surface of alley No.66 on To Hien Thanh Street will be widen from 4.5-5m to 10.5m, whilst sidewalks on each side will be 5m wide in a bid to synchronise the technical infrastructure and connect with Ho Nghinh and Tran Bach Dang streets.

Despite an estimated compensation cost of more than VND109 billion and construction cost of over VND13.5 billion VND, authorities in Son Tra District and relevant agencies determined the urgency to implement the project with the pavement needing to remain 10.5m wide.

During the inspection visit, Mr. Tran Phuoc Son assigned the Urban Board to advise the municipal People's Council's Party Committee in writing a report to request relevant units to review the current status and recalculate the site clearance, compensation and resettlement arrangements plans, as well as optimal investment rates and synchronisation of infrastructure.

When checking the actual content of adjusting the investment policy of the residential area project in the administrative center of Hoa Tho Tay Ward in Cam Le District, Mr. Son affirmed that the city always supported projects on improving technical infrastructure projects and upgrading urban roads, and socio-economic development projects in Cam Le District in general, and residential area projects near the administrative center of Hoa Tho Tay Ward in particular.

He, however, stressed the need for relevant units to review the socio-economic efficiency as well as the connection with neighboring projects.
