Da Nang physicians provide free medical checkups for social policy beneficiaries
The Da Nang Traditional Medicine Hospital, on Friday, offered free medical checkups and health consultation to over 120 social policy beneficiaries, the elderly and the disadvantaged in Hoa Phu Commune, Hoa Vang District.

Accordingly, doctors at the hospital measured blood pressure, conducted medical examinations, organised electrocardiograms and ultrasound scans, and used electro-acupuncture techniques without using needles for early detection of diseases, contributing to improving the healthcare quality of people in Hoa Phu Commune.
Doctor Nguyen Van Anh, Director of the Da Nang Traditional Medicine Hospital, said the meaningful activity aimed to promote the tradition of “when drinking water, remembering its source”, show deep gratitude to those who made their great contributions and sacrifices in the struggle for national independence and freedom, and uphold the roles and responsibilities of medical staff for community healthcare activities.
