Earlier on March 5, the Azabara Journey ship departing from the Hon Gai Port of the northern province of Quang Ninh docked at Da Nang’s Tien Sa Port. Its crew member Ronald visited the Ba Na Hill tourist area and lost a valuable DJI handheld camera worth VND15 million.

After that, he reported the incident to the Tien Sa Port Border Guard Station to ask for verification and recovery of assets.

After receiving the information, the officers from the Tien Sa Port Border Guard Station contacted the taxi driver who carried Ronald to the Ba Na Hills in an attempt to help him recover his lost camera.

After finding the camera, the Vietnamese border guard reported it to their commander and contacted Ronald for the return of the lost property.

“I am very grateful for the enthusiastic support made by the Tien Sa Port Border Guard Station to help me find my lost property. Their noble actions have left a deep impression on me personally about the land and people of Viet Nam," Mr. Ronald Tayag said.

It is known that since the start of 2024, officers of the Tien Sa Port Border Guard Station have returned the lost property to domestic and international tourists coming to the port.
