Dozens of firefighters and a number of fire trucks were dispatched to Vung Thung 9 Street, Son Tra District, Da Nang on Tuesday noon to put out a fierce fire at a warehouse. They battled for over one hour to stamp out the blaze.

The flames erupted at the warehouse on Vung Thung 9 Street at 11:40 am on the same day. The warehouse contained many inflammable items such as non-plastic, foam, and rubber tires. The inferno quickly swept through the neighboring facility, creating a huge plume of black smoke.

After receiving the news, dozens of firefighters and many vehicles were sent to the scene for fire suppression efforts.

Due to the large fire, the police force had to split into many directions to spray water to extinguish the fire.

The flames were snuffed out at 12:45 am.

No casualties linked to the fire were reported, but the fire charred many objects inside the facility.

Police are investigating the cause of the flames.
