At 6:30 am on Wednesday, Major Nguyen Van Dung picked up a brown leather wallet containing more than VND800,000 in cash and many personal papers with the name Nguyen Hai residing in residential group No.71, An Khe Ward, Thanh Khe District.

He immediately reported the case to the unit. Through social network announcements and verification, the owner of the dropped wallet contacted Mr. Dung at around 8:00pm on the same day to retrieve his lost property.
