Not only a role model and creative young Party member contributing significantly to the development of the local Party organisation, Le Duc Cuong is also an energetic, enthusiastic, and innovative youth who leads many practical and beneficial activities, attracting the participation of a large number of youth union members.

During his time studying at the city-based Dong A University, Le Duc Cuong, born in 2002, was always active not only in his studies and moral training but also in the school’s Youth Union and student movements. Cuong dedicated most of his time to learning and participating in social activities.

Cuong shares that by taking part in community activities, he has learned more about the hardships people face, as well as recognised his own strengths and weaknesses, allowing him to improve and overcome challenges.

"By observing how experienced leaders tackle real-life issues, I gained valuable skills and insights. The times when I organised and led events and programmes for the school or faculty were precious experiences. These hands-on lessons have been incredibly useful for me in life, my studies, and my future work" Cuong added.

As a young Party member and Chief of the Office of the Youth Union at the Dong A University, Cuong finds that every Youth Union activity and movement has provided him with invaluable experiences and unforgettable memories from his youth. Through these, he has not only developed skills, independence, and confidence but has also found motivation to constantly improve himself and build his character.

Over the past few years, Cuong's volunteer work has taken him to many places, from small villages to large wards and social institutions both inside and outside Da Nang. Additionally, Cuong has donated blood nearly 10 times to share his precious blood with patients and accident victims in need.

Understanding that every blood donation can save a life, Cuong is always willing to give whenever there is a need. Over the years, he has donated blood many times, and what makes him happiest is knowing that his contribution has helped patients in critical condition.

Cuong emphasised that as a young person, he strives to live responsibly, with love and generosity, to become a good and helpful citizen. His motto is "Connecting love" - always showing compassion, sharing, and helping those less fortunate, such as children, the elderly, and people with disabilities in remote and impoverished areas.

He also focuses on creating a platform for Youth Union members and students to enrich their spiritual lives, fostering kindness, and guiding them towards the values of truth, goodness, and beauty. By participating in social charity work, young people gain a better understanding of their responsibilities, motivating them to strive for academic and personal development, benefiting themselves, their families, and society.

Thanks to his efforts, Le Duc Cuong has been honoured with numerous commendations from the Da Nang Youth Union and has twice been awarded the titles of "Student with Five Good Merits" and "Outstanding Youth Union Member" at the school level.
