Vice Chairwoman of the Da Nang People's Committee Nguyen Thi Anh Thi, on Friday, visited and congratulated the Viet Nam Fatherland Front Committee of the city on the occasion of the 94^th anniversary of the Traditional Day of Viet Nam Fatherland Front (November 18, 1930 - November 18, 2024).

Vice Chairwoman Thi highly appreciated the effective coordination in the past time between the Viet Nam Fatherland Front Committee of the city and the municipal People's Committee, especially in social criticism on policies, resolutions, and major projects.

She hoped that in the coming time, the Viet Nam Fatherland Front Committee of the city and its member organisations will continue to promote their role of supervision and social criticism, especially strengthening coordination smoothly and effectively in implementing the city's programmes and activities.

She also asked for efforts from the Viet Nam Fatherland Front Committee of the city to accompany the city in carrying out next year’s 4 major tasks. They are the replication of the “national flag street” model, the building of 100 great solidarity houses for poor families, the organisation of National Great Unity Festival, and the parade to celebrate the 50^th anniversary of the Liberation of Da Nang (March 29).

In reply, Permanent Vice Chairwoman of the Viet Nam Fatherland Front Committee of the city Tang Hoang Hon Tham pledged that in the coming time, the unit and its chapters at all levels will accompany and coordinate effectively with the municipal People's Committee to successfully complete the major plans, programmes and activities set in 2025.
