According to the Organising Committee, the 2024 ‘Dedication to the Community’ Awards will be presented to 100 individuals and 30 organisations with the most outstanding community activities. In addition, the Organising Committee will also award the ‘Golden Star” Volunteer Leader of the Year Award to 10 individuals; the title ‘Kind Person’ to 100 individuals and the Most Popular Vote awards to 19 individuals and 19 groups.
Initiated in 2017, the ‘Dedication to the Community’ Award Ceremony is a meaningful annual award. The mission of the award is to honour individuals and organisations with outstanding contributions in the process of volunteering for the community across the country.
Over the six editions, more than 1,000 volunteer leaders have been honoured and recognized for their persistent efforts and silent contributions.
The award is not only a worthy recognition, but also a timely source of encouragement for those who are always dedicated to the community, thereby adding motivation and arousing the spirit of volunteerism. The award ceremony is expected to take place on December 28 and 29, 2024.
