Following a proposal from the Da Nang Department of Construction, the decorative lighting of Dragon Bridge has been adjusted by the city’s Public Lighting JSC to display a monochromatic orange effect each evening from dusk until 7:30 pm, continuing until 15 December 2024. This initiative supports the Action Month on Gender Equality and Gender-Based Violence Prevention and Response.

From 7:30 pm until the decorative lighting is turned off (currently 11:00 pm), the bridge’s lighting system reverts to its original multi-coloured effect. This adjustment was made in agreement with the Da Nang Women’s Union to mark the abovementioned event while ensuring the aesthetic appeal of the city’s landscape for tourism purposes.
