Chairman of the Da Nang People's Committee Le Trung Chinh paid visits to some enterprises on Monday on the occasion of the beginning of 2025.

At the city branch of the BRG Group, Chairman Chinh acknowledged and highly lauded the group for its outstanding contributions in 2024. With more than VND 550 billion contributed to the city’s budget and creating stable jobs for more than 1,300 workers, BRG Group has affirmed its important role in the city’s socio-economic development.

He noted that the successful organisation of Asian Golf Tournament for 3 consecutive years not only raised the image of Da Nang on the international golf tourism map but also contributed to promoting tourism and creating economic value for the city.

Mr. Chinh pledged that the municipal government will continue to accompany, remove difficulties and create favourable conditions for the group to promote investment, production and business activities. At the same time, he also requested BRG Group to soon implement projects that have been supported by the city to resolve difficulties.

During his visit to the Vinpearl Joint Stock Company Branch under Vingroup, Chairman Chinh sent wishes of health and success to the leaders and staff of the company. He emphasised that in 2025 the city will implement many new tourism programmes to attract domestic and foreign tourists.

He requested the business to proactively prepare plans to serve tourists during the Lunar New Year, and at the same time encouraged the Vingroup to organise an international music festival in Da Nang to promote the city's image.
