The Youth Union organisation in Thanh Khe District held a ceremony on Saturday to launch the ‘Youth Month’ in 2025 to celebrate the 50^th anniversary of the Liberation of Da Nang (March 29, 1975 - March 29, 2025) and the 94^th founding anniversary of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union (March 26, 1931 - March 26, 2025). The launching ceremony was attended by nearly 300 youth union members and young people in the district.

The 2025 Youth Month has the theme "Thanh Khe Youth is proud and confident in following the Party". During the month, each affiliated Youth Union organisation will organise at least an activity to encourage youth union members and young people to contribute 200 ideas and initiatives, as well as at least a trip to red adresses. More than 1,000 youth union members and young people will be encouraged to participate in volunteer activities.

Also at the ceremony, the district’s Youth Union presented youth projects including financial support for the repair of a temporary and dilapidated house for a household in difficult circumstances; presenting the "Young Bamboo Bookcase following Uncle Ho's teachings"; presenting 4 "Safe School Gate" projects at primary and junior high schools; and giving 1,000 trees to affiliated Youth Union organisations.

Immediately after the launching ceremony, the district’s Youth Union launched the "Forever grateful to Uncle Ho" tree planting festival; and the campaign "Each individual - a volunteer activity".
