Located in alley 113/18 on busy Nguyen Chi Thanh, Hai Chau District, Da Nang, the Noi (Connect) coffee shop is attractive to those who want to enjoy a taste of the good old days in Viet Nam thanks to its impressive space and vintage setting. 

The warm and gentle atmosphere

On entering the coffee shop, visitors will be impressed by the simple architectural retro-style with mossy walls, old-fashioned window frames, and simple tables and chairs.  In particular, the venue’s interior decor features hanging flower pots and lovely ornamental plants, which gives guests a comfortable and close-to-nature feeling.

Interestingly, guests may feel as if they were back to the old days inside a typical house in the city rather than a café.  The venue is also so reminiscent of those from Viet Nam’s subsidy period between 1976 and 1986.

Noi is also recommended for people who want to see their childhood dishes, including peanut and coconut candy, and especially Miliket instant noodles- the fallen king of Vietnamese noodles holding 90% of Viet Nam’s total market share in the 90’s.

The calming atmosphere helps to bring people closer together and make them put aside their smartphones to actually engage in real conversations with their friends.
