Published: November 22, 2013

The Furama Resort Danang was the first 5-star beach resort to operate in the city.  It is situated on Ngu Hanh Son District’s Hoang Sa Street alongside the beautiful Bac My An Beach, which is one of the most beautiful beaches in Viet Nam. The resort is in a prime location, situated near the city centre but only 30 minutes' drive from the old town of Hoi An.

The 198-room resort features unique architectural characteristics which reflect the cultural values of the Champa people, and the many different regions of Viet Nam.

There is a variety of room types including Garden Superior Twin, Garden Deluxe King, Lagoon Superior and Ocean Deluxe.

The Furama includes several luxury restaurants which serve both Vietnamese and international cuisines.  The 140-seater Café Indochine Restaurant has an exotic menu of Vietnamese, Chinese, Malay, Thai, Indian and Indonesian favourites.  Meanwhile, those who love Italian specialities might visit Don Cipriani’s Restaurant which offers the traditional cuisine of northern Italy.

Other dining options are the Steak House on the Ocean Terrace and the Ocean Terrace restaurants, both outdoor areas with views over the beach and sea.

There are two outdoor swimming pools, each with its own poolside bar serving drinks and light snacks throughout the day.  The hotel’s main bar, the Hai Van Lounge, serves colourful cocktails, long drinks and light snacks during the day and through the evening.

The Furama offers guests moments of comfort and relaxation with saunas and steam rooms in a spa, and a poolside massage service.
