Minh House - a beautiful homestay
In recent years, increasing numbers of visitors to Da Nang are choosing to stay in homestays or hostel rooms rather than in luxury hotels or resorts. As a result, the city has seen a boom in the number of nice hostels and homestays. Minh House is a typical example.
Nestled in alley 30/H01/03 Ha Bong in Son Tra District, Minh House is only 5 minutes' walk from the Pham Van Dong Beach and 10 minutes’ walk from the city centre.

At first glance, Minh House looks like a closed blockhouse. However, guests will be surprised by its combination of unique architecture with botanical gardens, its natural freshness, and the warm feeling of a home as soon as they walk in. The main construction materials are wooden poles which offer airy elegance to the guests.
Despite its modest area, Minh House features 5 independent apartments located close together. Each apartment is large enough for 2 adults and 2 children under 6. In addition, each has its own garden in the back yard and there is a public garden in the front for all. These apartments are fully equipped with a kitchen, a dining area, and sofa chairs.
Most notably, guests will be served breakfast in their rooms, with some of the city’s specialities provided including Quang noodles, breads and ‘bun cha ca’ (fish cake noodles).
With its ecological apartments, ideal location, and high-end services, Minh House is the perfect choice for a relaxing family vacation. The rent for each of the apartments is around 1.2 million VND per night (equivalent to about 60 USD).
