The Sung Co Beach is to the north of the Hai Van Cape in Da Nang’s Lien Chieu District, jutting out into the sea.

It takes you 15 minutes and over 40 minutes to reach the beautiful beach by speedboats and fishing vessels respectively.

In addition, you can take a small path, which was created by local residents to collect firewood from the Hai Van Mount, to reach this tourist site. However, if you choose this way, you should go with a local resident to avoid getting lost on trail.

Colour of seawater, trees, and beach sand creates excellent colour combination that makes the Sung Co Beach more beautiful and inviting to visitors during summer days.

Also, the beach features a 300m-long crescent-shaped bathing area. The seawater has a deep sapphire colour, and it very clear enough for you to see marine creatures at the bottom of the sea.

Mr Le Tuan Quy from Ha Noi said although he has visited many beautiful places in Da Nang, his recent trip to the Sung Co Beach by a fishing boat has been the most impressive trip for him.

“In addition to admiring the pristine beauty of the beach, he has had the opportunity to be soaked in cool and clear blue water, experience the life of fishermen or fishing activities, and enjoy fresh seafood”, Mr Quy emphasised.
