Nem Lui - a must-try specialty in the city

‘Nem Lui’ (grilled meat roll) is very popular in central localities thanks to its rustic taste and aromatic flavour. The delicious dish has been included in a list of 'must-try' dishes for visitors to Da Nang.

‘Nem lui’ is made from milled pork and pigskin, and it is mixed with pepper, salt, sugar, and other seasonings. Then, this mixture is divided into small parts. Each small part is wrapped around a part of lemongrass, and then grilled on coal stove. |

The delicious dish is accompanied with special sauce. This sauce is made from ground soybeans or peanuts, ground pork liver, tapioca flour, and other seasonings. |
