Set on 5 Phan Dang Luu Street, Da Nang, Bom Eatery is one of the best places to eat must-try traditional Vietnamese food in Da Nang, including the best local food like fish salad.

Mr Duoc, the owner of Bom Eatery said he came up with the idea of opening this eatery because he wanted to bring Viet Nam’s regional cuisines to Da Nang in order to help local residents and tourists discover delicious dishes with tastes as different as they will find between Viet Nam’s regions.

He also highlighted the significance of leaving domestic and foreign tourists with a great impression of Da Nang by offering healthy and delicious dishes, along with good service.

Mr Duoc remarked that his eatery is famous for its heirloom fish salad. The salad recipes are filled with Duoc family’s catch of the day fresh pilchards, and this delicious dish is served with fish sauce which is dubbed as his family’s ‘heirloom treasures’ over the past 30 years.

Mr Duoc revealed that he was planning to expand his eatery’s menu choices for customers with more Viet Nam’s regional dishes, as well as turn his single eatery into a chain in Da Nang.

Bom Eatery’s enticing menu offers a wide range of mouthwatering delights, made especially on order and guaranteed with freshness, taste and nutrition. Delicious menu items include Vermicelli/ noodle with fried tofu and shrimp paste) inspired by the Northern Province of Nam Dinh, spring rolls, stir-fried frog with lemon leaves.

Bom Eatery also offers a diverse menu with different types of peach tea, kumquat tea, apricot juice and more in order to satisfy its guests.  

Bom Eatery opens daily between 8am and 10pm.
