According to the shop’s owner, the name of Passport Coffee Roastery can be understood as a passport which helps customers experience different tastes of coffee from countries around the world.
In addition to coffee provided by domestic farms, the shop also uses high-class coffee imported from Kenya, Ethiopia and Colombia to roast and supply raw materials for other cafés across the city.
Passport Coffee Roastery has 2 separate indoor and outdoor seating spaces designed quite simply in black tones. The indoor area is arranged with many cabinets to display a wide range of coffee through which guests can easily choose their favorite flavour. In addition, there are a bar and a small roastery, which is suitable for coffee addicts to come and see how coffee is roasted and then enjoy delicious cups of coffee.
Meanwhile, the garden space is quite large and cool with many green trees. The shop features low wooden sets of tables and chairs, making customers sit and chat comfortably. The sunlight, the bird singing and the wind whispering create a poetic scene to help you relax after stressful working hours.
A wide range of coffee is now available at the Passport Coffee Roastery such as Robusta Gia Lai, Catimo Son La, Heirloom Don Duong, Cau Dat Da Lat, Ethiopia Kochere, Colombia Las Brisas, and Kenya Guama. In addition to coffee, there are tea and juice at the prices of between VND18,000 and VND55,000 each.
Notably, guests can choose their favourite coffee and roast it themselves under the guidance of baristas. The shop also roasts and packages coffee according to customer's taste.
