With a cozy space at Noen like your own kitchen at home, you will be able to unleash your creativity and show the ingenuity of your hands by making and decorating a cake by yourself and sharing the amazing results with your beloved ones.

Mrs. Vo Thi Tu Uyen, the owner of Noen shop, said that a delicious cream cake is not only thanks to good recipes, ingredients and techniques, but also thanks to the love and sincerity of the baker. Therefore, Noen wants to create a space for guests to make cakes for their beloved ones. You can even make cards with all the ingredients provided by the shop.

Notably, Noen organises workshops on fruit cream cake decoration, with a focus on introducing cake core and fresh milk cream, guiding some basic decorating techniques, and practicing cake decorating on Saturdays and Sundays between 9:00am and 10:30am daily.

Additionally, a wide range of eye-catching and delicious cream cakes are always available at the shop, including salt, chilly and kumquat flavored cakes, passion fruit mousse, coconut jackfruit mousse, caramel banana chocolate and other fruit cream cakes.

In particular, the cream cake with salt, chilly pepper kumquat flavour is very popular with customers due to the characteristic aroma from the peel and juice of the fresh kumquat, a bit of fat and coolness of the mousse, and a little salty and spicy taste from chili salt.

Every day, in addition to cakes in sizes of 14, 16 and 20cm, there are also pretty cup-shaped mousse cakes for those who like to experience many flavours. In particular, all cakes at the shop are made without preservatives, so it is safe for the health of diners.

The shop is open from 8:30 am to 8:30 pm daily.
