Visitors to the venue can easily find suitable seats with their family members and friends in order to comfortably experience European, French and Italian cuisine.
Prominent among them are hokkaido scallops, caramelised miso truffles, veal tenderloin, tuna sauce, salt packed anchovies, mashed sweet corn soup, taleggio cheese sauce and truffles, pumpkin ravioli, smoked eels, sweet onion and blue label whiskey, charcoal grilled duck breast, orange-wasabi cabbage salad, and tiramisu.
Notably, European-style sour soup is the must eat and not to be missed. The dish seems familiar to Vietnamese people but strange because of a combination of new ingredients and recipes, including lime fish, broth with ginger tomato sauce, mint oil, pineapple and cumin cream.

The Si Dining And Sweet Restaurant serves many traditional Italian pasta dishes, such as sardine spaghetti with the perfect combination of sardines, olive oil, cumin, raisins and pine nuts, or caprese salad with the perfect combination of fresh tomatoes, mozzarella, culatello thighs and premium olive oil.
In particular, the Italian-style saltimbocca will bring you an interesting experience. In the dialect, "Saltimbocca" means to literally jump in your mouth, describing the attractiveness of the dish that features a combination of sirloin, pumpkin, whiskey and Taleggio cheese sauce.
Moreover, the restaurant is famous for traditional French Tarte Tatin fruit cake which is cooked in a vacuum environment with caramel sugar. The crust is crispy on the outside, soft and sweet on the inside, combined with the coolness of creamy yogurt, cream fraiche and honey lemon, creating the perfect balance for dessert.
Furthermore, there are dozens of dishes typical for each region of France.
For a more romantic dinner, you can enjoy delicious dishes with a glass of white wine Clos Henri's Waimaunga Sauvignon Blanc with tropical flavours.
