It must be said that this is not a specialty dish, because if you want to make the purchase of tuna, you just need to go to the market and any fish store. However, in addition to the simple braised and fried recipe, many people enjoy tuna noodle soup on hot summer days. In particular, the way to process this dish is quite simple.

After cleaning the fish, slice it, marinate it with a little seasoning, then fry it and take it out onto a plate. Cutting grapefruits and tomatoes into thin slices and then put all of them into the pan and stir-fry, season them to taste before pouring water and bringing it to a boil.

When the water boils, put the fish in the pot, lower the heat to simmer so the fish absorbs the spices, then turn off the stove. To make tuna noodle soup rich in flavour, seasoning is an indispensable step. Spices such as salt, sugar, pepper and fish sauce are skillfully added to create the perfect blend. A little fresh chili will add a mild spiciness and stimulate the taste buds.

The plus point of this dish is that the tuna meat is fragrant and fatty. When cooked just enough, it will remain sweet and soft, not dry or fishy. The fragrant fish meat blends with the sweet and sour taste of tomatoes, the aromatic and spicy taste of chili, and cilantro. Wherever you eat, you will absorb it.

When enjoying, tuna noodles are often eaten with raw vegetables such as water spinach, bean sprouts and herbs. A little sweet and sour fish sauce, a little garlic and chili, will add a unique flavour. You can go to the Ba Lu noodle shop on Hung Vuong Street, Vinh Trung Ward, Thanh Khe District to enjoy this rustic dish.
