The steamed rolled pancakes here are thin, soft, quite similar to those in Viet Nam’s southern region but with an additional layer of pork floss and fried onions. This dish is served with raw vegetables, fried pork rolls, pickled papaya dipped in sweet fish sauce.

The salty taste of the pork floss combined with the sour taste of the papaya creates a unique and attractive flavour. The fried onions here are processed according to a special recipe, fragrant and crispy for a long time.

Every time you visit the restaurant, you can enjoy delicious ‘banh cuon’ while feeling the enthusiasm and friendliness of this culinary brand. The restaurant space is quite intimate and popular.

The reasonable price, ranging from VND30,000 - VND35,000/portion, is also a factor that attracts many diners.

In addition to ‘banh cuon’, the eatery also serves side dishes such as fried meat rolls and fried onions, making the meal more diverse and attractive.

It can be said that over time, Tien Hung ‘banh cuon’ has become an indispensable part of the culinary life of the city-dwellers. With 70 years of existence and development, this restaurant has not only maintained its quality but has also constantly improved to serve diners better. The address is considered by many to be an ideal destination for those who love traditional cuisine and want to explore the unique flavours of Da Nang.
