Da Nang Party chief commends achievements by medical facilities

Da Nang Party Committee Secretary Nguyen Van Quang, on Sunday, visited some medical facilities in the city on the occasion of Vietnamese Doctors’ Day (February 27).

The city leader lauded achievements recorded by the Family General Hospital which has continuously developed expertise, improved human resources, and added modern equipment over recent years.

He wished the medical staff of the Family General Hospital good health in order to contribute their role and position in the city's medical system. At the same time, he affirmed that the private medical system has been playing its role well, making an important contribution in carrying out the task of protecting and caring for people's health in the city.

According to Dr. Tran Hung, Director of the Family General Hospital, in the future, the hospital will establish a new medical facility specialising in the field of endocrinology. Currently, the procedures are being implemented as planned.

It is known that the Family General Hospital is the top rated infertility examination and treatment facility in the central region.

In addition, the departments of nutrition, urology, pediatrics and birth are also highly appreciated and are the choice of many patients in the city and central region.

During his visit to the Da Nang Traditional Medicine Hospital, Secretary Quang affirmed that the unit did a good job in combining professional work with promoting the city's image.

In recent years, the hospital has coordinated with many domestic and international individuals and organisations to invest, transfer technology, and improve the quality of medical examination and treatment services.

He also praised the hospital for being a pioneer in promoting the healthcare tourism with many new techniques deployed and applied.

He suggested the hospital's staff continue to promote the values they have achieved, constantly study, hone their expertise, and improve their medical examination and treatment capacity.

Congratulating the officials, employees and staff of the Da Nang Hospital C on their special day, Mr. Quang emphasised that the hospital was a medical unit with the task of providing healthcare for senior officials of the Party and State in Da Nang, and Central Viet Nam as a whole.

With increasingly improved infrastructure, additional equipment, and continuous investment in human resources, the Da Nang C Hospital is increasingly becoming a popular medical service provider for many patients of different age groups.

On the occasion of the 69th anniversary of Vietnamese Doctors’ Day, Secretary Quang wished the entire hospital good health and much joy. He also asked medical teams and specialised departments to continue to well fulfil assigned tasks, and constantly improving professional capacity and quality of medical examination and treatment services.

He affirmed that the city leaders always accompanied and stood side by side with the unit to resolve difficulties and problems so that the unit can increasingly develop and complete its assigned tasks well.
