He also informed the city leaders that the Rorze Corporation, a large Japanese corporation specialising in semiconductor, intended to seek investment opportunities in Da Nang in the coming time.

The Japanese diplomat hoped that the municipal government will have good mechanisms and policies and create favourable conditions for the group to effectively invest in the city.

He also asked Da Nang to speed up the process of handling administrative procedures in the foreign investment field, with a focus on training high-quality human resources fluent in Japanese language in order to meet the employment needs of Japanese businesses involving hi-tech, semiconductor, and tourism when investing in the city.

Consul General Yakabe Yoshinori believed that the relationship between Japan and Viet Nam in general, and between Da Nang and Japanese localities in particular, will be further strengthened.
