A ceremony recently took place in Da Nang to launch a campaign to promote the use of E5 bio-fuel.  The slogan for the event was “E5 Bio-fuel: Clean Engine - Green Life”. 

After the event, over 100 of the city’s Youth Union members took part in parades around the city’s streets to publicise the benefits of E5 bio-fuel and encourage more local residents to use this environmental-friendly fuel.

E5 bio-fuel, which is a blend of 5% ethanol and 95% petrol, is produced by the Binh Son Refining and Petrochemical Company Limited in Quang Ngai Province.  After 1 November, E5 will have completely replaced Mogas 92 at all filling stations across the city.
