Two local resorts receive notable awards
The InterContinental Danang Sun Peninsula Resort has been honoured with four notable awards in various categories at the World Travel Awards Asia and Australasia Gala Ceremony 2014 which was held in India’s New Delhi City on 10 October. The awards are Asia's Leading Luxury Resort, Asia's Leading Hotel Dining and Entertainment Experience, Viet Nam's Leading Resort, and Viet Nam's Leading Spa Resort.

Meanwhile, the Furama Resort Danang has been presented with the "Prestigious and Luxurious Brand Name in Hospitality in Central Viet Nam" award at the 14th Guide Awards which recently took place in Nha Trang City. The award was based on a survey of tourism and hospitality services from hotels and resorts nationwide, conducted by the Viet Nam Economic Times.
