On Wednesday, the Da Nang Party Committee (PC) of the Business Block held a get-together for its members in recognition of the upcoming Vietnamese Entrepreneurs’ Day (13 October).  Also present at the event were municipal People’s Committee Vice Chairman Vo Duy Khuong, and some representatives from the local PC’s Standing Board.

During their speeches at the event, Vice Chairman Khuong and the Secretary of the Business Block’s PC, Mr Pham Nhat Phi, highly praised local businesspeople for their remarkable achievements for the city’s progress, their active involvement in social activities, and for creating job opportunities for the locals.   

In particular, Vice Chairman Khuong also highly applauded local businesspeople for their efforts to increase their contributions to the city's budget.

The city leader vowed that the local authorities would create even more favourable conditions for the operation of local businesses.  He also took the opportunity to urge local entrepreneurs to improve their knowledge and professional skills to boost their international integration.

Also at the event, 14 groups were awarded Certificates of Merit from the Business Block’s PC in recognition of their outstanding achievements over recent years.
